Legal Notice (Specified Commercial Transactions Act)
This notice is provided under Article 11 of Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
It covers the listing service we provide to Authors. It does not cover the sale of Templates: we collect no payment from Buyers, and Templates are bought on the sales page designated by the Author.
Listing is free at present. We will update this notice and publish a price list before we begin charging a listing fee.
The Japanese version of this notice is the governing text. This English version is a reference translation.

Terms of the listing service
- What is provided
- Verification of a Template, and its listing in a catalogue with the resultsVerification comprises a build check, Lighthouse measurement, runtime deployment checks and Japanese-support checks.
- Price
- Listing is currently freeShould we charge a listing fee in future, we will publish a price list and give notice first.
- Cost of verification
- FreeVerification is free of charge, with no limit on the number of submissions.
- Additional costs
- Any internet connection charges incurred are borne by the customer
- When payment is due
- Invoiced after we notify the Author that the Template passed VerificationNo listing fee is charged if the Template does not pass.

Refund of listing fees
Because the listing fee is invoiced only after a Template has passed Verification, no refund arises from the outcome of Verification.
Listing fees are non-refundable once paid. Where a Template could not be listed for reasons attributable to us, we refund the fee in full.
No refund is given where the Author asks for the Template to be delisted after it has been listed.

Buying a Template
We collect no payment from Buyers. Purchases are made on the sales page a product page links out to.
The terms of that transaction — payment, delivery, returns and refunds — are between the Author and the Buyer. Refer to the disclosures shown on each sales page.
The price shown on a product page is a reference value declared by the Author at the time of listing, and may differ from the actual price on the sales page.
