This policy sets out how Weshipd (“we”, “us”) handles personal information.
The Japanese version of this policy is the governing text. This English version is a reference translation; where the two differ, the Japanese version prevails.

What we collect
- Listing submission form
- Author name, handle, email address, URL (optional), and details of the templateThe only information you give us directly.
- Access logs
- IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestampRecorded automatically by our delivery infrastructure (Cloudflare).
- Bot check
- Information collected by Cloudflare Turnstile when the form is submittedWe use only the pass/fail result and retain none of its contents.

- None collectedWe run no analytics tooling and no advertising tags on this site.

Why we use it
- To accept listing submissions, carry out verification, and report the results.
- To contact submitters and respond to enquiries.
- To prevent misuse of the Service.
- To maintain and improve the quality of the Service.

Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned, except where required by law.

Processors
We use the following providers in operating the Service.
- Cloudflare, Inc.
- Site delivery, handling of listing submissions, relaying notification email, bot checking

Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioural tracking.
The listing submission form uses cookies or similar technologies for bot checking (Cloudflare Turnstile).

Transfers outside Japan
The Cloudflare services we use run on a global network that includes servers outside Japan. Information we collect may therefore be processed outside Japan.

Retention
We retain submission contents for as long as needed to review them and to stay in contact after listing. Submissions that do not result in a listing are deleted approximately one year after review concludes.
Access logs are retained for the period set by the processor named above.

Security
Access to the information we hold is limited to those who need it for their work.
Traffic to and from this site is encrypted with TLS.

Requesting disclosure, correction or deletion
On request from the individual concerned, we will disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete the personal information we hold.
Send requests to authors@weshipd.com. We will act on them without undue delay once we have verified your identity.

Changes to this policy
We may amend this policy where we consider it necessary. An amended policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
Where we change what we collect or why we use it, we will state the change on this page.
